This woman really enhances B&W Derek.
The "blocked eye" doesn't bother me despite all the comments that were well received.
Her face carries the "heavy(not really)" make up very well and the exposure enhances her profile!

Dig the first, though! Not sure about the bar occluding the eye, but it's not enough to kill it for me.
