I'm going to show this thread some love . I've owned "a lot" of lenses in my life, and this 24-70mm GMII is the most incredible piece of glass I've owned. Often I think that I should but a couple of smaller primes to travel lighter, but by the time I add the weight of those, invariably I get to the weight of this zoom. Size is a different story.....

Wonderful collection of images with your 24-70! I agree, it’s a fantastic piece of glass.
I picked the 24-70 GM II up earlier this year, after having sworn off Sony and a love/hate relationship with my ability to color it to my liking. This lens is wonderful. Very much enjoy using it.
