Good morning everyone! I always loved B&W and created some of my most exhibited work with it, but lately I have been shooting even more in B&W, something that suits my mood and vision much better, these days.
Here are four B&W shots from the Faroe Islands:
Phase One IQ4 XT- Rodenstock HR 90mm
Phase One IQ4 XT- Rodenstock HR 23mm

Thank you for viewing and commenting, best regards

I'm curious of the Phase one camera gives you all that detail from front to back with one shot
or you focus stacked at all? They are amazing.
Mike
Hey Mike, these are all single shots, I never did focus stacking in my life, so far. Hope this helps!

Always excellent work, Vieri! These black and whites are beautiful. I love the wisp of cloud caressing the monolith in #1, especially!
Best regards,
David
Thank you so much David, so glad you enjoyed them! Yes, I love the cloud of #1, together with the stripes is what makes the shot for me!

All are excellent Vieri, but #1 & #4 are really calling me to see the Faroes.

The mono really compliments the long exposures...makes it feel cold and ancient. Cool set!

Wow. Really great shots. #3 with the falls is my favorite. I've never thought to go B&W on a landscape but it really works well on these images!
Thank you very much, glad you enjoyed them! B&W for landscape is something I really love, glad these gave you some inspiration!
