That 1st of the seaweed definitely has a Weston feel, was fortunate to visit many years ago before digital and spent a week at the Carmel Inn by the Sea. Was a wonderful experience and actually cheaper than a week at a Holiday Inn Express in Santa Cruz. Loved Carmel and all it’s galleries, At that time not too busy with tourists. Point Lobos and the drive down to Big Sur was overwhelming and unfortunately did not get any memorable images.

Well done and would love to return.

Beautiful. The last one is my favorite, but I'm a sucker for old weather beaten trees and this is a classic.
Thanks to all of you.
I'm conscious of the Weston-esque nature of that first one, and it is a long-time thread in my photography. (Also: The photograph was made at "Weston Beach!")
Thanks for showing my favorite spot for over 50 years. If I ever see it again? one never know. But you got some of the best pictures! of the best spot!

Thanks to both of you.
I have also photographed at Point Lobos for an equally long time — a bit longer actually, as it was one of the first places I used my little box camera as a kid, later trying to channel the way of seeing of the great photographers whose work I saw in books in my father's library.

Well, I am now 2 days driving from Point Lobos. But one never knows in life!

Really enjoy those first two especially
Thanks!
I'm hoping to get back there in the next week or two. We actually have a Pacific weather front coming in over the next few days, and that may produce some interesting opportunities along the coast.
I grew up on the central coast and your images certainly brought back some nice memories. A very nice set that displayed the beauty of the area perfectly!
