This late spring (last weekend) I got an opportunity to photograph Swift Fox pups in few mornings, this was a bucket list item for the last few years. The morning-light change was very drastic, so I got to the location before 5:30 AM. These pups were very playful early in the morning, the activity diminished quite a bit as the light got stronger and they took shelter in the den and surroundings. I’m not sure how many were in the litter, currently there are four, all looks healthy to me!
Also, have few Cayote pictures near a den in the mountains, there were 9 pups in the Cayote family, and the adults were constantly going out for hunting voles to feed the pups, one morning one of the adults came near the lake where I was standing, otherwise all the sightings were quite far.

Each one as I slowly scrolled through put a smile on my face and earned quite a few awww's Such a nice mix of the light and a great job handling it and presenting these Shibu. This was an easy vote for me
