Very nice! The multiple catchlights/reflection in the eyes are a bit distracting and it appears you have a big piece of dust on the sensor (or something on the wall) at the bottom of her hair. Still, a very nice capture!

Have we not seen this beauty before Derek?
Sensual, very little make-up, she is a natural beauty!

Some may remark about the "freckles" on her arm...but I am not looking at her arm. She can carry the composition all by her lovely self!

Derek, very nice shot of a model with an interesting face. The B&W goes well with it too.
The shoulder is a bit awkward, maybe a light vignette in that corner. I'd probably clone a little hair over the ear, I find it distracting.
