We're leaving the northeast this summer and Atlantic/Maritime Canada has been on our to-do list for quite some time. We finally fit it in 2 months before our big move. Very fortunate that weather was superb and going during shoulder season was a great idea. I hope to be able to get to Cape Breton and Newfoundland one day. But we'll also be much closer to Banff and BC now. Here's a few from our trip.
Everything from the pathways along the beaches to buildings are beautiful, but I've never seen those islands with the cliffs and the openings underneath and the trees on top before. Wow. I should see that with my own eyes one day. The smallest and pointiest cliff/rock surrounded and overshadowed by the others is a nice touch. I'm usually not a fan of pure blue sky but maybe it is fitting here. The waterfall and the stream cascading down the rocks stands out too, with good choice of shutter speed, although the signage on the platform kinda ruins it, but I guess that can't be helped.
I like the way you have presented these places, not in a bland way, but not in too obvious or heavyhanded way either. Finding the right balance, especially in post-processing, is a common problem I see here, and it's something I have struggled with a lot too, and maybe I can learn something looking at these photos.

Thanks for the kind words. If you're referring to #4, that's the Hopewell Rocks. Tides change twice a day and this was taken a few hours after high tide as it was receding. I have some shots at low tide too where you can walk the muddy ocean floor.

Hopewell Rocks. Thanks a lot. I will have to keep them in mind for whenever I visit the region. But for now I will settle for more photos of the place if you are interested in sharing them.

Great images. Were these shot with the 100S?
Nope, never handled a gfx before. I shoot on fuji X and most of these are jpgs with light touch-ups in LR. The lighthouse one was a RAW because of the DR, that's about it. Love those fuji colors, makes it just easy. Funny enough, I had a nikon Z6II and 24-70 f4 lens on this trip that I bought used and was 'trying out'. It sat in our trunk after day 2 of the 2 week trip, I just prefer fuji colors.
These came over me with a rush, they are inviting and peacefully beautiful. I'm a sucker for a lighthouse shot and you made this little one stand nicely with the wide angle shot! That second one, well I wish I were there to walk the over water trail, wow that is so amazing. #3 reminds me of some of the fishing villages in Maine, truly a beauty with the colors, architecture and low POV, very nice.
#4 that is the most environment I have ever seen for a Canada Goose shot I don't know what size you posted #5 at but makes me want the ability to go vertical on my 27" monitor to see it all, nice comp.
Great set, makes me want to visit for sure!
