Could I ask what was behind your choice in framing/crop?
Lighting wise I think you're on the right track, but the bright line down the center of her nose seems to be the strongest focal point to the image, whereas I personally think the goal for any portrait type shot should be to make the eyes the strongest focal point. even in a beauty shot.
I'd like to see more of Erin -- and more shots and not so up-close. On my calibrated laptop (is that an oxymoron?), her skin tone looks like spray tan, orange-y.

Hey Daniel, thanks for the comments.
I assume you are asking why I cropped off the top of Erin’s head. The part in her hair is not attractive, so I cropped down, but I believe that I cropped too much. Also, I almost always in my portraits crop some portion of the crown, because I find it more aesthetically pleasing and because it usually draws more attention to the eyes.
The line down her nose certainly is a distraction, but more I think because it is hot, not because it exists. I could be wrong, but I have posted a new edit with more forehead, less hot nose, and slightly muted color as mentioned in another response.
Thank you so much for taking time to critique this image.

I will probably be posting some images from the rest of our shoot which feature Erin head-to-toe. Stay tuned.
Derek, since this seems like a work in progress I'll give you my C&C
First, no matter what you do, Erin will still be just wonderful, try as you may you won't be able to get rid of that.
Second, when I looked this morning but didn't have time to comment, we had some of the same thoughts.
I think we've all been there, a hot spot that can't be dealt with but isn't that why everyone converts to B&W...., to hid all the mistakes?! LoL
Here's my version on the cropping. Nothing below the necklace adds anything to the image. I would crop right below the chain. THAT also takes out the armpit. Once the armpit has been seen it can't be unseen!
The forehead....., I understand the hair part. I'd go as high as I could and include as much hair as possible before it starts to detract. You don't need hair but it would help frame her face if that's possible.
Unless it's for publication, we just keep on learning!!! Nice shot, nice work.
