John , these are so lovely ! These have a very nice feel to them. I like your post work. All very nice , but the second shot is my favorite. Nice that you have a place to go and shoot these lovely babies.
Nice set of ‘lazy bears’ John. So does a sleeping bear snore
I agree with Birdie, these have a nice relaxed feel to them and obviously you gave them space to not disturb them.
You do a good job of finding bears somewhere other than on the ground, these have a little extra in them and your comps look pleasing.
A very comforting set, enjoyed each one👍🏼

Thank you Birdie. I appreciate your kind words. I have to admit I'm trying to learn how to process better. I'm lucky enough to have a couple of photographer buddies who are much more experienced than I am. Who are kind enough to share there knowledge.
The first three shots I stumbled on one evening, as soon as I saw the cub sleeping on the log I knew the scene had potential.
I have this love / hate relationship with this area. When I'm not there I want to go... and when I'm there , I swear I'm never going back.

Another fantastic set John! They are hard to get nice clean images of like you have here.
After this past weekend I think I might know that particular log the little one is sleeping on. Wish I could have gotten that lucky.
