Nice work John! Where did you find that big boy in the first image? The cove by any chance? I'm guessing from it's size it might be a dumpster diver near Gatlinburg?
Dave
That first one is impressively large and beautiful! Nice comp and frame filler.
I think 2 thinks he’s hiding lol. The partial seclusion gives this a nice feel for me.
Last one is a nice comp, those claws are intimidating and you got a little jaw action from him too
I’m glad you had a successful trip my friend and got one of your favorite subjects

Thank you. That's a female , she had cubs with her in the cove. I appreciate you looking and commenting.

Very well done, really like that last shot.
Thank you Louie. The last shot was a favorite of mine also. He/she was a good looking bear, plus with the teeth and claws up on that log , made me smile

Thank you. Your detailed responses are always appreciated. Always good to get away for a few days , we need to get you down there soon
Very nice set! Beautiful bears, sharp, good light, and surroundings. The third one is my favorite, with the tension on the bear's face and the paws clearly displayed. Voted
