Some baby burrowing owls and a banded adult. This is the first time I have seen a banded burrowing owl. Pretty neat. Next time I’m in the area I’m going to try and get some better pictures of the band and see if I can get the information off of it and send it in. All taken with a Nikon Z9 and 500 mm PF lens. I get the impression these are great shots And that would be my only critique but it could just be a problem on my end, I tend to pass right through images that are posted too big and require scrolling.
