I really like the concept, and I love the color palette of this shot. A few things are really standing out to me that are keeping me from really loving this image though: First, for my own taste I need a strong catch-light in the eyes to really draw my focus right in and to also add some "life" to her eyes. Second, I would have perhaps asked her to adjust her hair so that it isn't positioned down her back the way it is; it gives me the impression of unflattering back hair, which is especially exacerbated by the strong backlighting. As for the editing, I might suggest removing the bright white spot on the lower left corner of the frame. I might also consider removing some of the overlayed bokeh so that it only appears behind her. As it is, the bokeh spots over and in front of her body make it a little too obvious to me that it's an overlay, whereas I think you would have a better aesthetic effect if you were to remove the spots that are on her dress and closest to the bottom of the frame.
Otherwise, I really like this shot.
She is a beautiful, sultry and shapely woman! I love the circles throughout the composition. I agree about her eyes and her expression is conflicting with her beauty. She seems pre-occupied. Just my $.02!
She is a beauty!!
