Thanks, I probably convert about 1/3 of my shots into B&W...Keeping the m10r, maybe I'll use both? Not sure. I have a very capable a7rIV and full kit for color...I just love my m10r and can't see myself parting with it.
Thanks, got it yesterday...lovely little monster, haven't left the house with it yet. Still getting used to it. Everyone said to bring the exposer down a stop so I don't burn the highlights and recover in post...But really, it feels like any other RF, just be careful with your exposer and I'm good. So far, I love it.

Lovely Matt and congrats again. And yes be conscious of your highlights just as if you were shooting transparency film. Though I have found the M 10 M has a bit more room in the shoulder than the M9M has.
