My wife would love to get a shot of a bobcat. She was hiking with her camera and one was behind her on the trail just 20ft away. But she was so taken by how close it was she didn't react in time to get a shot before it ran off.
Thank you. I'd be less than honest if I didn't admit to being nervous. Niether one of us had ever experienced one before, we weren't sure how it would react to our presence. We tried to keep our distance, while it hunted both sides of the trail. After our encounter we both keep looking behind us to, hoping to see it again.

Great set John. I have been going to a place locally for the last 5 years. So far I had seen it ONLY once. :-( But well it's at their terms so cannot complain.
Thank you. Keep at it. I believe we increase our own luck by hard work and effort. I'm pulling for you

Very nice. Your right about all the walking and joint and back pain just leaving when you just get a few great shots.

Thanks. My aches and pains didn't leave, but I didn't seem to feel them as much after seeing it At the end of the trip I was limping pretty badly trying to board the plane. Made it home with some once in a lifetime memories and a couple of decent pics.
