I was going back through some photos from a 2017 trip to London and found this image that I hadn't worked up. I took it with my newly acquired Fuji X-E3 with the 18-55. This if from the RAW file, with work in PS. The B&W conversion was done with On1, with the Tri-X sim and added grain.
[Edit] - changed image to remove distracting sign.

Love women in hats "dmac"! Yes great title for this composition. Maybe just a tad more light on her face? Just my $.02.
Again great composition!

Thanks Dan. Good crit. Check it now
Just for grins, here's a color version with a subtle split tone. I like the warmth her face and hands and the building with the coolness of her jeans and the window.
Appreciate the low contrast / sat (i.e. not jacked up). Only recommendation might be to pull down the bright spot of greenery behind here and maybe lower the richness of the window woodwork a kiss.
Those are the two areas that compete a smidge for my eye in the color version. In the mono version, they don't render as much contrasting detail (attention / draw) as they do in the color version.
