I had to climb into a 4 foot snow drift to get high enough to get the whole tree. The sky just opened up to reveal the high clouds that followed a recent winter storm. As most photographers do when something unique presents itself, I scrambled to get the photo before the light changed. First, I was shooting with 120 film and a Rolleiflex 6008I and then my R6. After a few minutes the scene changed and the colors were muted when the clouds rolled in.
