Well it was a tough Christmas. I have not posted in a while.
My wife got Covid, gave it to me, then our children departed to avoid covid back to Texas, and Laurel's mom died, and then it was 14 days of isolation. I am mostly better but puffing some more while snowshoeing partly because of doing nothing and partly because I am still getting better in the lungs. Even though I had 2 astrazenica and 1 J&J, it was still a week of feeling really bad and taking steroids for the lungs. [Get your vaccine - I can't imagine the extra fun without the vaccine help]
From what I have read - I am now invincible with vaccine and booster and omicron. Here's hoping.
Anyway enough whining. I went out to attempt Water Fowl Lakes and the light did not cooperate. So here is my consolation price. Vermillion Lake.

Dang Scott! A tough Christmas indeed. Glad you are feeling better and hope you return to full speed soon. All I can say is that you truly live in a beautiful part of the world. And that you have the skills to capture that beauty very well. I'd be happy to hang either one of these on a wall.

JimKied: I should have said the positives of Christmas. My youngest son graduated and got a job and my youngest daughter is engaged. So it was not all bad. Banff area and Alberta are beautiful and sometimes I get complacent - good reminder. Thank you for the highest complement - wall hanger. Much appreciated. Scott

BTW, it might be a monitor rez thing but the haloing on the first image is pretty substantial. Did you ever see that freebie on my YouTube page about Dark Mode halo cloning? It is almost miraculous and wipes them out almost instantly, piece of cake! ✌🏼
