Yes, I have bought refurbished, camera bodies (EOS DSLRs) and lenses (TS, EF-L and RF-L), good prices, the equipment has passed all their tests before being sold and you get a 1-year warranty. Most of the time there was no original box or actual warranty card, but all accessories are included as for the new product. None of the products ever required fixing or returning, always A-1 quality and spotless.
There is also the Canon Loyalty Program where you can save an additional 20% off certain new items, and 10% off Refurbished items. You have to talk to a sales rep, but it's a simple process to save even more.

Bought recently my RF 50mm 1.2 and 35mm 1.8. Have bought EF bodies and lenses in past refurbished from canon also. Zero issues and they come with one year warranty.
Oh yes. We bought my wife an EOS RP refurbished by Canon from their website. It came with everything except the EOM package. It came in a brown cardboard box with thr Canon logo and the standard warranty.
I bought a Canon Vixia HF G40 video camera refurbished by Canon from their website. They retailed for $1200 and I paid $899. It came with all the accessories, documents and software plus the standard warranty.
I also bought various refurbished lenses from shop.canon.com and never had an issue with

I gave this subject a little more thought. I buy refurbished quite often. There's chain of computer stores, MicroCenter. I bought a refurbished Dell Latitude E6440 about three years ago for under $400. Before I left the store I bought an additional 8GB of memory for a total of 16 and an off brand SSD.
I reimaged the laptop with the pre-loaded Windows 10 OS and after a couple of days I added the 8GB of memory and replaced the HD with the SSD. The differences were like night and day. It took all of five minutes to install Windows 10 from the thumb drive to the initial login and its been a speed champ ever since. It worked out so well that I bought a second E46440 for my wife.
Before you buy refurbished find out who refurbished the product. Was it factory refurbished? Whose factory? Amazon sells renewed products and so far I haven't been able to find out who Amazon uses to do the renewing.
Bought my first camera (70D) in 2017 through Canon refurbished and as others mentioned, it was in a brown box. Perfect condition.
Bought the RF 35 1.8 refurbished and that was also in perfect condition. Couldn't find anything wrong with it.
