p.1 #1 · Help! Just found out I can no longer use Qdea Synchronize! X Pro for Backup
I keep ALL of my images on an External Drive that I plug into my iMac whenever I am going to edit and process images
I recently upgraded to macOS Monterey and just now was the first time I attempted to do my quarterly backup from the external drive to a second external drive I use strictly for the purpose of having all my images backed up somewhere.
I have enjoyed using a program called Synchronize! X Pro from a company named Qdea to perform this backup because it is super easy for me as a computer fool.
Apparently macOS Monterey is 64 bit and Synchronize! X Pro is not available in 64 bit
If you are familiar with Synchronize X Pro - please recommend a replacement program I can use for plugging in to external drives and doing the backup?

I use Dropsync. It's a little fussy to initially set up but since it uses rsync (a UNIX syncronization tool that's part of the operating system) it works well.

You might also want to look at Carbon Copy Cloner. It's a solid tool and works on Big Sur, so it should work on Monterey as well. I'm currently using it to automatically backup about 8TB of photo and Final Cut Pro video data.
