Lovely photos of Icelandic fall color. What are the red plants? Mosses?
Thank you, Shirley.
The colours are from the shrubs of the berries turning - the red mostly comes from blueberries. Here in Iceland we have blueberries, bilberries, crowberries growing in abundance in the wild. Berry picking in the Fall is a long-standing cultural tradition.
Rajan, beautiful set and amazing colors! Your images are so unique and it showcases diverse landscape of Iceland. Your Iceland collection is amazing. Great work👍🏻
