Hmm. To me, whether I think it's a composite or not doesn't add or take away from the beauty of the image. It's just very simply a question of whether it's a composite. The fact that there's a question about whether it is or not would indicate it's a fairly good composite, had it been one. It was just weird to see the grass blades in one spot, and just flowers in all the others. I think adding the flowers was a really nice touch and really adds to the image.
Even tho it's not cropped, I do think it would have been a stronger image if it had been shot a bit wider to include more or her arms and capturing more of the flowers to the sides. And as it is, it's still a lovely image.
Some ppl seem to be insinuating that bc it might be thought of as a composite, that it's a lesser image. That wouldn't be me. Many of my own favorite images are composites.
