The dedication on that subject is awesome with validating great captures. It looked like your images and verbiage already made my presence there. May your tribe increase.
cheers,
gil

I just love when there is a story implied by a series of images... This is such a fantastic series with great variety. The silhouettes of owls against sunrise/sunset light are amazing.

bruce

Bruce, thank you very much for your kind words! I am glad you like the set.

Really wonderful set of images Joshua! I always enjoy looking over the these owl sets. I am located very close to the fields, but time available for me lately just hasn't been good. I am a little discouraged to hear about large crowds but it is also good to read that there is still respect for the animals.

Cheers!

Thank you very much for your kind compliment, Michael! I notice that you live really close by. If feasible, I highly recommend you to go out this season as this may be their last season there at that particular location. A big courier company bought that huge open lot and it may be slotted for development before too long to our disappointment… .

Oh, I had not heard that news. The last thing needed in the area is yet another massive warehouse/trucking center. I very much appreciate the tip and will absolutely make an effort to get over there sooner than later.

Terrific developmental sequence of photos, Joshua! It is so interesting that they seem to learn how to fly and how to catch bugs just by trial and error, no apparent instructions from the parents.

We certainly hope that there is another delay in the process somehow, short of another pandemic, of course.

Thank you very much, Shirley! Yes, strictly by trial and error and they somehow managed to get the skill down nicely.
