I just got home yesterday from a cross country motorcycle trip. Stacked up over 2500 miles and had a lot of fun, got to see lots of stuff and a lot of relatives as well.
My first stop was Devil's Tower, Wyoming. About 370 miles from home and a great place to camp.
That night, I rode up a dirt road to the back of Devils Tower and hiked up a little hill.
Here's what I took a little after midnight on a moonless night. This little image doesn't do it justice. Looks quite a lot nicer on my large calibrated editing monitor at full size!
I am a huge fan of the silhouettes. And this one does not fail to please. I love the way you captured the silhouette in front of the Milky Way. Thank you so much for sharing.
