Here's another one of my "amateur" portraits. I hope you like my "work".
A natural light portrait I took of a friend who is an actor. Definitely not a headshot, we were just being creative that day and decided to take some portraits out in front of our house using the setting sun filtered through a short palm tree (a palm bush?) as the light source.
Shot using an original Canon 5D with a Canon 85mm f/1.8 lens attached.

Out of the box odd but lovin it!

The original 5D is an excellent camera. I've owned it for so many years now and have yet to encounter an issue or reason to upgrade it since buying it used in 2011. I'm sure the shutter will fail eventually, but I plan on replacing it with the 5D MKII, which can be found with low shutter counts for an excellent price.

Really dig this one Daniel. Has a sort of Noir look to it that I could easily see in a magazine. Well done!
As for the comment about your amateur status....sometimes ya just got click the "hide" button
Cheers,
Greg
Thank you!
I must admit, sometimes curiosity and pride get the best of me. After that guy insulted my work and I so many times I finally had enough of it and no longer have to see his comments.
