A couple from Bodega Head, about an hour and a half north of SF. It's a pretty specatular spot and has a number of cormorant nests on the exposed rock faces. All comments are welcome and thanks for looking!

Very nice work Phil. I like the first one a lot. The second one is a little busy for my tastes and maybe there are some dust bunnies at the top of the frame? Anyways, well done overall. Great concept and nicely executed.

Nicely taken in ND effect very effectively and moderately.
Well presented accentuate image set.
Thanks for the kind words!

WOW! I especially like the first one. That cracked rock has so much character.
Thanks! I was really drawn to that rock.

Really like number 1. Looks like a painting.
Thanks Doc25. That's kind of the effect I was after. Lucky that it was a cloudy day.

Excellent job on both of these, I like the effect of the long exposure.
Thanks fotofoow!

I really like the first one, the rock is awesome, like an old man. The softness around it shows it off excellently.
Can I ask what ND filter and length of exposure did you use? How rough was the sea - the water so looks nice and cloud like. Thanks.
Thanks tri_fin - F18 / 25 seconds 10X ND filter.

I like them both, but I love the drama of the tight crop and high angle on the first one.
Thanks Dan - that rock really reached out to me!
