I'm not a storm chaser, but I enjoy a good storm. Yesterday around noon I noticed storms were going to be building to the west of me so I checked the schedule with my wife, ran home, grabbed my kit and headed west. 3.5hr drive later I was able to get in front of this storm before getting pelted with hail and rain.
Great shot! Beautiful that it's not interrupted at all and you have a continuous open field to perfectly capture the storm. One question, is the photo not fully sharp to anyone else? You have it at F11 so shouldn't it super sharp? I'm just starting photography so pardon my ignorance.
