Very quiet morning. I was grateful the Westerns showed up to keep me company, even if only for a few minutes before the Merlin spooked them and they fled for the day.
My favourite pic is oddly the Moon and Jupiter at opposition. On the raw, you can actually see the bands and 3 of the Galilean moons.

Landscapes with the 600GM....nice
No rush to come back here....nothing to shoot...no fledged ospreys around the lagoon yet.

Looking at pexels flowers from our front garden.
Tripod mounted A1 and Voigtlander 110mm f2.5 Macro Apo-Lanthar, FE mount; silent shutter. 2 Macro Focusing rails were used to position the camera and lens on the tripod head and tripod. The lower focusing rail for the X-axis (left and right postioning) was the Leofoto MP-180S and the upper focusing rail for the Y-axis (front and back positioning) was the Swebo LS001.
ISO 800, f8, 1/80 Second (in a little wind).
Exposure Corrected -0.09 Stops.

In my garden bed in front of my home; Breinigsville, PA.
Another quiet morning. I spotted a flock of Westerns flying towards me with a Peregrin Falcon in tow. They stuck around for about 20 seconds and then saw neither for the rest of the morning.
This hobby can be rather cruel at times. Nothing happening on land, but in the distance I can see humpbacks feeding and breaching, albeit too far away to do anything but gawk at them.
