About 0.2 EV DR is lost in silent shutter (full electronic) according to DPR.
Bokeh balls are still cut-off in EFCS (at least at 1/4000s I see it).
Sorry for cutting in, but I found this interesting and wanted to test it out myself .
I take the 0.2 EV lost using the silent shutter any day of the week . No problem at all and as matter of fact, I appreciate that info as I don’t go to DPR often .

Exactly! I've already forgotten how the shutter sounds ...

Haha, very true! I had a little reservation of using the ES for portraits/people photography. Most of the time, models rely on hearing the shutter sound to change the pose but since I used flash for fill-in yesterday, that’s the cue for the model/models. So, more a visible rather than an audible cue.

I mean you can always just enable the fake shutter sound. I think it sounds rather pleasing.
True, a barely audible fake shutter sound is fine for the photographer, I guess. If you set it at a loud setting for the people you photograph to hear, that would be too much for you though.
