I like the gritty look of this image. You did very well with the lighting, pose, and the PP. In other words, the image ticks a lot of boxes for me. A very minor nit pick, I would like to see the round spectacle to the left to have a similar look as that on the right. It could be a little darker but showing a similar "smudge".
I really like this. The only thing I would change is the negative space off his right eye. I would add quite a large amount black to the left side of the image - making it a horizontal frame.
