We're in the middle of a polar vortex now, but this image was created a couple weeks ago after a fresh snowfall. I hiked to the top of Gibraltar Rock, a state natural area that is contains part of the Ice Age Trail near my home, to capture the sunset. The top of the bluff has many beautiful cedar trees that have been shaped by the wind for years, but this one is known as "The Tree" at the top of Gibraltar to locals, especially photographers.
As always, C&C is welcome, and comments are appreciated. Thanks for viewing, and I hope you enjoy!
