I like #1. It has a vivid, cross-processed look. cool.

Very processed like mine. Had to drop the colour temp to around 2000K area. Stupid sodium lamps!

Thanks Ed, glad you like it!!

I think the lamp adds extra warmth to the foreground rock so I dont think it's that bad

Fellas, need more firmer orders from those that haven't asked. There's an order for 24-70L, 70-200L, 100-400L, 50 Macro... anyone else need lenses or CF that aren't those?

Very nice photos Zane, i also like the unnatural colour temperature of the first one, makes the scene more mystical! Makes me feel like doing a sunrise too.

Did u have the circular polariser on for those shots? A panoramic stitch job would be quite nice?

yeah, saw the 350D the other day at Fletchers

Samsung must be crazy to put a 7MP sensor in a phone camera. They must need a good lens, a good flash, good noise control and a good LCD display to match it, otherwise, what's the point....

On the topic of sensor cleaning, does anyone know how much it cost for someone to do it? I'm not game enough to do it.

Here's the little specs I have left after blowing madly over the sensors. Or someone show me how to do it rather than me sticking some swab down the throat. *shiver*

Is there anywhere I can get PecPads and Eclipse fluid?

I know with Canon that I have to pay for it but also lose the camera for 2-3 weeks. Just for something that can take 10mins to do and maybe 30mins to setup

Quoted from usenet:
I did find that site you mentioned and that's why I am looking down
this approach. For other ppl who are interested I just rang nulab in
Melbourne and got some prices:

Eclipse 2oz Fluid $22 (AUD)
Pec*Pads 4*4" * 100 $19.25 (AUD)

Freight $10.00

Use Ed's method, cut up your old credit card to the size of sensor, wrap it with a soft lens cloth and begin the operation...I've done it with good results and it's a 5 min job

The Inca cloth is pretty soft

Ed is strongly against fluid and I will listen to him

See what others say!!

Is that the cheapest you've seen them go for? or it's just as cheap going to a shop in the city and buying it there?
