Chris - really great shots... words can't describe - your gears found the right owner.
Smelly - like your fishy cars
Swapped my gear with a Nikon friend recently - I now have the privilege of using a D2X and a few magical Nikkors - including a 300 2.8 VR... I can't wait to get out there and take photos!!
Great shots Chris .Didn't take you long to master that !
A question for all the photoshop users out there . I'm having issues when i save pics .They look fine in PS but look like crap in any browser .Colours look terrible .Getting a horrible yellow cast on some ,green on others .My monitor is calibrated . I've chopped and changed through mode/image/ colourspaces etc. but aren't having much luck .Help .What do you guys run as your settings from shot PP to web display ?

check that you're saving files in srgb rather than, say, the adobe colour space. if that's not the problem, i don't know what else you can try.
Yep , i am saving in srgb . Think i've found a minor fix .Not sure if its the right one or not though . In "view" i've switched it to "monitor rgb" Seems to have stemmed the wild colour variation from PS to browser . I think this may do for web stuff anyways . I'm mildly less depressed than i was 24 hours ago but i can't help thinking its only a stop gap measure .
