I know.. fireworks.. and I got a feeling this year will be more packed in the mornings since the 31st falls on a Saturday. I'll remember to bring a few sticks and rope an area off.

get there by 9 in the morning, you should be fine...
Well, not that is "work safe"... there are a few more but I am not going to load my gallery at work. I'll put some on my FTP site later when I get home that's a clothed example.
Mick's workshop is great.. there's not a lot of direction I guess but you can ask a lot of questions if you want but of course that'll intrude on valuable shooting time but that's what the after shooting session (not really a session.. more like an informal chat) is all about.
I've really forgotten what I took with the 135L in my gallery... which is here but PM for a p/w as it's not really "legal" that I put it out in the public and VERY NOT work safe.
Hi guys. This is always a great threads to check out nice photos! Great work!! Keep them coming..... I've been hiding in the digital darkroom, the raw processing interface with CS2 is much better!
Smelly, can i have a look at you private gallery please?
maybe a screw has come loose on the lens mount... how far does it turn?
try:
keeping the button held down while you turn the lens.
jiggling the lens or camera while you turn the lens.
pulling the lens while you turn the lens and keep the button pressed down.
