not to sure... Jun... but i just think it's a trck day type situation.. where if you want to go in it you just pay your money and drive..... but would love to go to drift nats or something.... lets us know if you hear anything....
I don' t know how many people are into cars, and racing, but I am, and there is an Eastern Creek Classic event on at Eastern Creek this weekend (27-28th Aug) Just giving a heads up to those who didn't know about it (I suspect if you like racing, then you would have known about it, there might even be a thread about it [in which case i'm sorry]). It covers all tastes; there is a concourse, racing, parade laps, and presentations by various clubs. There are routinly hundreds of cars attending this annual event.
I'm going, I was just wondering if anyone else was going??
I'm free Sunday...what's the entry conditions? Can I just rock in my car and just "not" carry the heavy glassware and stand behind the concrete barriers?

I am wondering what side of the fence he was on. Still there are that many images for sale around Australia who knows where they come from. he has not being doing it that long as his feed back is only 19

I'm a possible chance of going out to Eastern Creek on Sunday Mitch . I think the on track stuff will be pretty boring as far as shooting goes as they will just be cruising but the show and shine side of it sounds good . I'll let you know for sure a bit later in the week .

i have a bunch of pics very similar to yours from that one .Were you there on the saturday or the sunday ? I was hoping to see the F1 JPS Andretti car have a run but the wet track on the saturday had them spooked . Also that LeMans Porsche ,which was absolutely imaculate ( It didn't run either as it had blown an oil line or something earlier in the week ) Damn !

Still... even at A$4k landed.. might as well get yourself a 1D2. FF is nice but I don't see it as a necessity. I've lived OK with 17mm on a 1.6 FOV... it can only get better from there.
