I was out there on Saturday .I think i've shot from just about everywhere there but i'm not quite sure where that's from ? I found an interesting place for some pans there was at the approach to turn two on the street side of the curcuit in the afternoon the suns at your back and you have plenty of leed time to see them coming .
I know Smellys one is the last turn on to the straight at Wakefield . Its the only decent corner to shoot at . Everywhere else there sucks .

Can you actually get into EC without paying and just rock along with a camera and tripod?
Smelly the cost for this weekend was $15 and you had free roam anywhere you wanted including the pits and the after race scrutineering area.
$15 isn't too bad. Can you still scoot about the place in the car full of gear rather than lugging it about? I think I need one of those golf buggies to get about with my clunky gear.
Just got back from our trip (arrived on the day of the London bombings and left on the day after the second round of bombings - great timing). We had a great time in Paris http://www.pbase.com/sheila/paris_2005 and rather than wade through 200 posts to find out where the meet is, I assume its still the Zoo on Sunday. Perhaps one of you can enlighten me when and were we meet and what time.
Mozz, I emailed earlier you asking if you know a good place to have A2 prints done at a reasonable cost. I have a customer who wants a couple of prints in this size which is beyond my Canon 9950 capabilities.

Yes you can drive to almost all of the track, you need to walk into the pits which is about 400 metres from the nearest parking area.

Was that scoot about by car or bike you could go like these guys. The sign in the background says "impassable in the wet" but they came through at night and misssed the sign after 7 hours they camped on the side of the road.
