From the looks of it they have a shop in Canberra ACT. I might drop in to have a look - kinda difficult to buy a CIS sight-unseen at nearly $300. Was thinking of going by there anyway to do a bit of road cycling...
I think if you can identify them, you need a model release so even a pic of the old man walking on the street can't be used without his consent I don't think. But feasible... hmm.. well, it's not feasible to find this old guy walking on the street 8 hrs flight away.
Make a cent first!!... then u can justify moving to 1D2. I think for what people want today, 20D is MORE than enough. There's always better can the money pit isn't always bottomless. Better it fill with coins than water when the rainy day comes along... well, maybe water would be nice in Sydney though.

They're pretty good for the money. One of your shots was indistinguishable (to me) from a lab print, but the other was obviously (to me) from a printer. I'd like to see the output from a R800, and the canon pixma 8500, too.
