You did a great job, LB, I like it! The darkish background is great to highlight the airborne water drops. I am not sure what lens was used here but a shorter focal length lens would have been better to show the full “circle/ring” of water around her. Just my opinion, of course...

I would have no problem sharing the information you're asking for but this photo was made 20 years ago and my rememberer ain't what it used to be. Were I to guess...I'd guess 1/125 or 1/60. Sorry I can't be of more help.
