"Brume" means mist, but it is also the name (well-deserved, as it turned out) of a village in Belgium, lying several hundred feet above a lake.
I was there this Sunday morning at sunrise and I loved the rolling fog changing the landscape (which drove my decision to change focal lengths to capture different compositions).
Technical note: the lighting and colours changed very fast, but I also tried different PP treatments on some of the photos below.
Nice set there. I really liked the second image in the series. The peeping trees from the background landscape shrouded in fog and the lone tree in the foreground look really awesome.
Wonderful. I love shooting scenes like this, where you can watch the light and atmosphere transform right in front of your eyes. I like the tighter shots myself, I think the second is my favorite, and the third is up there too.
