I took a drive down to Laguna Beach this morning to capture some sunrise light and 1-2 compositions. The light was spectacular! I actually wanted to go walk around the cove in the posted images below, but a 5ft tide and large swells prevented me from doing that. I've been around the cove, (other side of the palm trees), many times, even at 5ft tides, but today's swells were causing surf break on the rocks too dangerous to navigate.
All were shot with a Nikon Z7 and Nikon 20mm F/1.8S
