I feel really fortunate to have health and self sufficiency, but Covid has kept us away from African travel and I miss it! Here are some images from our last trip which luckily was in January/February of this year, ending just before Covid hit.
Africa will change your soul forever, if you're able to go it's the trip of a lifetime!

That was my guess, but only from photos I have seen, I have not made it there yet.
I miss Africa as well. I was on the phone last night with some friends who had just finished a round of golf at the Arusha Country Club, and were sitting around having a drink after, so they decided to call. The have no lockdowns or any other disruption there at this time. I am still doing work over there, and have another shipment leavin Tanzania next week.
I will be on a plane there as soon as things settle down in this crazy World. North Ethiopia and North Mozambique where I have interests are no goes now due to growing security issues. TZ and Kenya only for now.
Ah, Africa! Thanks for sharing your latest safari photos, which are lovely. I may do the same from my November 2019 safari. I miss Africa so much. We had to cancel two African trips this year due to Covid, have rescheduled to 2021. Africa changes your life.
