Thanks pal. This comes at a time when I really appreciate it, as in the last 24 hours I've experienced a rather hellish exchange with a customer of my (non-photography) business. It was one of those awful experiences which really tests one's faith in humanity altogether.

How did you achieve such low angles in some of the shorebirds? Were you laying on the ground, or were those shot from a kayak?

Thanks. There's two or three that were taken from a kayak or boat, but the ones taken from shore are simply from getting the camera as low as possible. This is one thing that caused me to abandon Canon & Nikon and go with the Sony a9, as we can flip the screen out and shoot through that rather than the viewfinder.
