For reference to those who consider buying the Megadap MTZ11:
I have just put my barely more than two years old MTZ11 on my Z6 camera again after a few months using the Techart TZM-01 and the AF motor is DEAD! I can hear a vague sound from the adapter when pressing the AF button, but the adapter doesn't move the least. So, as it is, it's a bit like the TTartisan M-Z adapter except it doesn't read 6-bit code (which is of no use to me anyway).
In other words, the thing died just after the 2-year warranty expired.
I am NOT going to buy a new MTZ11...

Update:
After letting the adapter sit on my camera for a while, the AF motor is actually moving, so there may have been some depleted capacitors or something like that when I re-mounted the MTZ11 after a few months without use. AF functionality is still not usable for practical purposes because it is painfully slow, so the bottom line is the same: AF is not working after just a little more than two years.
