Well due to Covid my Spirit Bear sailboat trip up the coast of BC with Brad Hill was cancelled for this year. So I decided to try a day trip to try and see a few grizzlies. Many limitations with this trip (time with subjects, shooting angle) but still was a great day.
You didn't think I'd put up a set without a bird did you? LOL
Nice set Geoff. The first bear and the one where he's looking back in the river are my picks as well as the whale & waterfall shot.
I'm just a little envious you can take a day trip and find these guys.

I don't see any evidence that "limitations" left you with less than wonderful photos These are great! Wish there were some opportunities to photograph bears further south in California…
Wow great shots Geoff, some kind of day trip. The bear shots are really nice, love #1 and an unusual perspective on the eagle sitting in amongst all the leaves and moss. Love the shot. All the leaves here are starting to change color and dropping.

Thanks Dave. I was hesitant to even post these after seeing the stuff you got in AK. Having to shoot from raised viewing platforms was not my ideal situation but it was better than nothing.
