My best cleaning tip for you is to do it at their studio.
But in reality, the key to keeping the powder under control is to kick the humidity way up. The humidity will weigh down the powder and keep it from floating everywhere.

On most of them, the dancer is throwing powder. We often have one or two people behind the dancer tossing up background powder puffs.
