Finally got out last month to shoot! I wanted to capture Neowise with the alien landscape of White Pocket and was kind of successful. However, this was a trip of clouds/sunsets rather than clear night skies. I did have one night with about 45 minutes of dark clear night sky to shoot Neowise.
Thanks Fred! With 6 keepers I'm calling this a successful trip!

Thanks. I'm very hesitant placing people in landscapes but since WP is so alien I decided to keep her in for perspective.

White Pocket can be frustrating as I have yet to find a strong composition to accommodate sunrise/sunset. There was a spectacular sky with setting sun but the stronger comp with that wonderful golden light had the sky you see in #1.
