It is the same optics and hence the M mount can be mounted on any mirrorless cam using an adapter (or as is on an M camera).
Nikon Z mount is a dead end.
Apparently it can also be mounted in the M mount form for the Fujifilm GFX system and at least cover the sensor in cropped mode. It can be used with a Helicoid to focus even closer for a mirrorless camera (and focus really really close so the front element is basically against your subject).

Interesting of course. Had the 12mm Laowa F2.8 for awhile for widest needs when I had to have it for shooting real estate when I do, in tiny bathrooms, etc that my 16-35mm Zeiss OSS couldn't quite handle. But sold both of those to buy the 12-24mm Sony F4 for the ease of use, auto focus when that wide and I like the Sony colors better a bit out of the camera than the Laowa. But I try to be sensible and not use 12mm on almost everything that some RE photographers, and their agents they shoot for apparently ..... seem to prefer. Make everything waaay more spacious than it is.

The lens was released with the option of getting it in Leica M, Sony E, Nikon Z, and Leica L (i.e., the L mount alliance). For some reason Canon RF wasn't included but all the other major FF mounts were an option on this lens.
