Whew.........my replacement copy of the 28-200 Tamron came today. Oh baby is this sucker sharp corner to corner up down and in between. I ran my tests on it at 28mm, 70mm and 200mm and it's essentially PERFECT! I'm so excited to have a lens that turns my A7RV into a very lightweight kit for running around. And now I know it won't be a compromise either. I'll save my 35-150 for my paying jobs and use this for most other things. Unless of course I may need the assistance of the 200-600G

Do you by chance have pictures of your uncentered copy? I'm getting my 28-200 in the mail tomorrow (hopefully) and wanted to get some examples of issues other people were seeing, just in case mine doesn't feel right.

Whats with the cruncy looking sky? noise or post processing artifacts?
Looks to me like a Photoshop water color or painting texture was applied to the whole image. Which to me makes it totaly unsuitable for demonstrating anything about a lens, or camera. Probably better posted in a thread in this forum.
