I just finished to process my 2019 pictures from my beloved Dolomites, and I decided to start sharing images with one of my favourite locations there. This is Passo Giau, a truly inspiring place offering many different compositions, photographed here at sunrise. 2.5 seconds exposure with my Hasselblad X1D, Hasselblad 21mm & my Formatt-Hitech Firecrest Ultra filters.
Very nice Vieri. Beautiful light and lovely muted colour palette. We had planned to visit the Dolomites this summer but obviously cancelled. Sadly. Perhaps next year.

Yes, sadly this year traveling won't be easy - though, Italy reopened pretty much everything starting tomorrow, and the government is planning on reopening the borders to tourists on June 3rd, so I have hopes for my two tours on the Dolomites in early October! Fingers crossed
