Thank you, Joshua! I was fortunate enough to witness the interaction between a peregrine falcon and the fox puppies one time and it spelt DRAMA! The falcon swooped in real close to one of the kits (in a very threatening manner) and mom fox sprinted into action so quickly to scare it off! It was definitely a close encounter of the dangerous kind!

You did or was that Karen or the other woman that actually took a video clip of that?

Oh, how I wish! I was way too slow - correction, I was too paralyzed to think about raising my camera! But Yes, Karen captured an amazing still shot of the action by accident. Apparently she saw the falcon swooping in and just wanted a shot of the falcon in flight ... but the stunned puppy was in the same image, so she captured the drama clearly and perfectly!
