Thanks everyone. I think these are pretty rare. I sat in a blind for almost 4 hours (freezing haha) to get shots of her. She pretty much slept for hours. The baby popped up with her for literally a few seconds.
She does match her tree very well - I don't know if it was intentional. Most of the time, she is hunkered down in there, and all you can see is an ear and a little bit.

Tracy, if you sit in the blind after sunset and she goes out to hunt you might observe her flying silently through the forest when she returns with a mouse.
It's totally amazing and your Owl could be spectacular.

Stills won't work but you could do video.
I have some other shots I'll put up tomorrow.
I haven't really played much with video, I should.
